A Center for Soul Care spiritual coaching session is a personalized, 60-minute, one-on-one conversation designed to help you listen more deeply to your life, your body, your spirit, and the wisdom already within you. This is not therapy, but a supportive and reflective space for discernment, clarity, growth, and renewal. Together, we explore where you feel stuck, what is shifting in your life, what your soul may be asking for, and how your daily choices can become more aligned with your values, faith, purpose, and authentic self.

What to Expect

A typical session begins with a brief centering practice to help you arrive, breathe, and settle into the present moment. This may include silence, breathing practice, grounding, prayer, meditation, or another practice that feels supportive to you. For those rooted in a faith tradition, we can thoughtfully incorporate your faith, spiritual practices, and sacred questions into the session as part of your exploration.

From there, we move into a spacious coaching conversation where we explore what is present in your life. You may bring questions around transition, calling, relationships, grief, burnout, spiritual disconnection, creativity, leadership, or the desire to feel more grounded and whole.

We close by gathering the insights that emerged and identifying a meaningful next step. You may leave with a reflection question, spiritual practice, journaling prompt, breath practice, or simple action to carry with you into everyday life.
