Practice That Fits Your Life

Welcome to Center for Soul Care.

I created this space for people who are longing for care that honors the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. My work is rooted in the belief that healing, renewal, and spiritual grounding are possible when we are given compassionate space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with who we truly are.

For more than 25 years, I have served in local, regional, and national ministry settings within the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), walking alongside faith leaders, congregations, families, and communities as they seek to grow in faith, purpose, and wholeness. I am an ordained Minister of Word and Sacrament, a spiritual wellness practitioner, congregational consultant, coach, and trauma-sensitive yoga teacher. My care is shaped by theological study, Christian formation, somatic practices, coaching with an antiracist lense, and a deep commitment to justice, embodiment, and spiritual renewal.

I began teaching yoga in 2023, with a growing focus on how the body carries the impact of stress, leadership fatigue, workplace trauma, and church hurt. As a RYT-500 yoga teacher and Yoga Therapy Apprentice, I offer practices that are gentle, accessible, and trauma-sensitive—blending yoga principles, breath practice, somatic awareness, spiritual reflection, sound, and embodied care.

At Center for Soul Care, I offer individualized yoga therapy sessions, spiritual coaching, sound baths, workshops, retreats, and sacred spaces for restoration. Whether you are navigating burnout, grief, transition, disconnection, workplace stress, religious trauma, or the ordinary chaos of life, you are welcome here.

Together, we will listen for what your mind, body, and spirit need most. Through small, sustainable practices, compassionate reflection, and clear next steps, we will create space for grounding, renewal, replenishment, and the sacred care needed for everyday life.
